Whole Smoked Suckling Pig Platter
Our Berkshire pigs are brined, smoked & served whole with north country rice and collard greens with benton's bacon. Dinner comes with bites and dessert. 
$65 per Person (Serves 8-14 people)

New England Clam & Lobster Bake                                                                               (*option to substitute crawfish seasonally)
A hands-on feast of local, seasonal shellfish, served with roasted corn, new potatoes and smoked chicken. Dinner is served with bites and dessert. 
$60 per Person (+$10 for whole lobster) (Serves 6-14 people)

Whole Smoked Wild Hare
Cold smoked, confit & charred over white oak. Served with sides.
$90 per Hare (Serves 2-3 people. Or one really hungry person.)

Glazed Spiral Ham
A traditional, seasonal-glazed ham sliced table-side. Served with bites, herb butter parker house rolls and market vegetable slaw.   
$300 per Ham (Serves 8-12 people)
